Shipping policy

Shipping Policy - Last Updated November 2025

When orders ship:

• All orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for transit for most orders. Business days do not include weekends, or holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, etc.

Shipping options:

• Economy Shipping: All orders will ship through USPS or UPS.
  

Packaging:

• Hats ship in a nice size brown box. Inside the box the hat(s) will be wrapped in a polybag for extra protection during shipping.
• We don't include extra branding on the outside of the box in case the order is a gift, this helps to keep the surprise. However the shipping label does include our logo and the name of our company on the return address, which is Dad Country Club.

Dad Country Club, LLC is not responsible for orders lost or stolen after in the possession of USPS or UPS. However, we want to provide a great customer experience so if UPS or USPS loses your packaging, please let us know and we will see what we can do to help!
